Your saved requests
Use “Back up records” to download a copy before resetting the device or replacing the catalogue. Clearing browser data can remove offline requests.
An interrupted Shopify transfer
If the result of a draft transfer is uncertain, do not create a replacement request to retry it. Check Shopify Drafts for the tag boothpad-<local order UUID>. BoothPad blocks automatic retries to avoid duplicates.
A pending payment
A payment request requires approval on Shopify. A redirect by itself never grants a pass. If payment verification is unavailable, BoothPad does not create a replacement charge. Real event-pass billing is not enabled. Development-store approvals use Shopify test mode.
